Relax and enjoy your holiday in hidden Spain in this attractive house situated in a traditional Spanish village with shared pool.
The house is tastefully furnished to a high standard, providing spacious rooms and all the amenities to make this a spectacular holiday base for couples, families, golfers and sun-seekers alike. Its large rear walled courtyard , fully equipped, will be a favourite with parents and children or those wanting to relax in the sun.
The Master bedroom has its own private furnished balcony, ideal for evening drinks watching the sunset. The enclosed communal pool is perfect for entertaining the children or a dip at the end of a warm day
Villablanca is a quiet sleepy Andalusian village set amidst orange groves and pine trees. Spend a few hours exploring its cobbled streets to discover the large variety of tapas bars and restaurants and the superb range of shops. The area is a fantastic base for exploring this part of Spain which boasts 300 days of sunshine a year and good temperatures making it an all year round holiday location. If you are a family, golfers or walkers the area is excellent and renowned for its first class beaches and golf courses.

Notes : A booking is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost.
Full payment is due six weeks before departure date. If you book the accommodation within six weeks of departure, then full payment is due at the time of booking.

A fully refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required when you pay the final balance. Once we have received confirmation from the management company that the property has been left in good order, this will be returned to you promptly.
